A 2005 study1 showed the effectiveness of Raspberry Ketones. In this study participants were intentionally fed a high fat diet to increase the likelihood of obesity. One group was solely fed this diet while the other group was given a raspberry ketone supplement. The group taking the supplement noticed that they gained less body fat than the control group.
